Title: Designing a Better Bike Lane

Observing current bike lanes: safety and use

Text here should introduce the methods of observation that you used. It should also include some of the photographs that you took. A minimum of three images should be included in this section.

Text here should explain when and where this observation took place, as well as any significant findings.

Translating the Findings: Data Collection and Translation

These can be hand drawn, but should be neat if done that way! They can also be done in excel and uploaded as jpegs.

Bike Lane Usage

Conducting a Survey: Finding out why?

Text here should explain the survey instrument that you created and implemented. It should suggest the findings and compare those against your observations. Include images from the survey. Make sure you include details of the instrument design.

Defining Problem: What is the Wicked Problem You Identified?

Explain your scenario of use and include the Action Map. This should be cleaned up from your original post.

Explain the outcomes and relevance of the action maps.

Ideating: Coming Up with Solutions

Clearly identify the problem you are solving. Include images of your morphologies, sketches, etc. You images

Final Sketch

There should be introductory copy explaining your refined / final sketch.

Refining and Prototyping

Include explanation of your prototype. This could be a video, or a series of images.

Final Testing: Usability Testing and Final evaluation

Explain your final Evaluation of your Work. Explain the test and your participants (who they are and why you chose them)

Final Reflection

Explain: Create a 500 word reflection that explains your thinking throughout the process. When did you have to challenge one of your own assumptions? where did you have a breakthrough? Where did you exhibit flexibility of thought. Did you go deep enough into the problem? Did you evaluate your solution from different perspectives? If you had it to do over again, what would you do differently?
Create a visual diagram of your reflection. Create a concept map/ mind map of the process that you described in your essay. Give hierarchy to things that are most important to you.
